It is the start of school after half term, so i am STRESSED. Lessons all day, homework all night, and the worst of all, grades that "suggest" that the work you are alredy doing isnt enough. So it is time for my amazing relazing process.
1st) have a warm long shower. Use all of your body lotions, shampoos, EVERYTHING. And of course, do this with the perfect playlist. FULL of songs that you can sing along and dance to in the shower.
My VERY random taste in music means that the playlist will be REALLY random, from slipknot to nicki minaj.
2nd) When you get out of the shower, light some scented candles in your room, dim the lights and DONT get dressed
3rd)Put a relazing (but not depressing) playlist on (my favourite is the XX) and SLEEP for an hour or so.
and finally 4th) take your time to get dressed beautifly, put your makeup on and make yourself feel good about yourself before your big day. (date, exam, big perfect job interview...)
Although when i don't have time i just paint.
